Responsibilities:
* Achieve revenue target in assigned area through effective area sales strategy and sales/distribution performance monitoring
* Manage and build relationship with dealers, as well as maintain their XL’s product knowledge
* Analyze market competition and competitor’s activities to sharpen sales strategy and gain return to XL
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably from telecommunication engineering or economics
* 3 years experience in sales field or has passion in sales
* Good understanding of sales, distribution, market and competitor analysis
* Excellent communication and sales presentation skills
* Possess customer and result orientation perspective

Sr Engineer – IT Application Planning (contract based)

Responsibilities:
* Conduct an comprehensive network analysis and plan of IT Application
* Coordinate to design and project budget arrangement
* Update network master plan and fundamental technical plan
Requirements:
* S1 from Computer Science/IT with minimum 3 years experience in IT architecture/development/operation or IT strategic planning in IT/telecommunication
* Strong knowledge on Telco Billing, SOA Framework and IT Infrastructure
* Understand the concept of Network Dimensioning and planning
* Ability in processing budget planning and evaluation
Analyst – Material Planning (contract based)

Responsibilities:
* Ensure material availability for network expansion and operation maintenance
* Coordinate with vendor, transporter and logistic to have proper inbound call of
* On time and documented PR release and Po sent to vendor
* Manage material list to support project
* Monitor outstanding PO and resolve any issues with vendor
Requirements:
* D3/S1 from any major with 3-5 years experience in SAP/Engineering from Telecommunication background
* Strong knowledge on Ms. Office and SAP
* Knowledge of supply chain management and project management
* Knowledge on material management
* Possess certification from bea cukai
