The key responsibilities of this position include the following :
You will be responsible for overall supervision of a manufacturing cell, focused factory, or production team.
You will be responsible for leading a manufacturing team in achieving production schedule, product quality, product cost, and employee safety goals.
You will coordinate with all functional and service groups to meet customer requirements.
You will drive performance to achieve or exceed financial plans and strategic goals.
You will motivate personnel to create a high performance culture within the company.
The requirements for this position are :
Possess Technical Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/ Precision engineering.
Demonstrates good communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess the knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts and tool sets as they relate to production management.
Have at least 5 years of practical machining experience with both manual and CNC machining.
