Business Process Staff
Jakarta Raya - Jl. RS Fatmawati, Cilandak Barat
Responsibilities:
* To define and maintain SOP’s template, guidelines, document and forms.
* To involve in any project development in order to ensure new processes are effectively implemented.
* To prepare business process as necessary required for new project development initiative and ad-hoc project.
* Recognize weakness and recommend and make corrective action to develop systems and procedures based on company policies.
* Socialized and distribute SOP to related department or division.
Requirements:
* Male or Female, max. age 30 years old.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, major in Accounting/IT/Management (fresh graduated are welcome).
* Experienced in SOP development and able to develop SOP for further advancement.
* Familiar with end to end Business Process.
* Having good understanding in Document Controller (ISO 9001:2000 is advantaged).
* Able to work individually as well as a team.
* Computer Literate (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel, Ms.Power Point).
* Proficient in English both oral & written.
