Project Oil & Gas Staff Jakarta
Responsibilities:
* Document tender preparation
* Integrating good communication between client and operation team domestic and international
* Obtaining rates, preparing and follow up quotation and maintaining quotation log Office Management
* Overseeing Chartering operations
* Supervising customs clearance operations
* Field assignment when requested
Technical Qualification:
* Excellent understanding of Freight Forwarding, Logistic, Custom Brokerage and Formalities
* Understanding of HSE terminology
* Experience with Heavy lifting, cargo loading / unloading, securing and stowing operations
Experience with Air and Sea vessel chartering
* Good knowledge of Project, Mining, Oil & Energy industries and customers
* Customer oriented
General Qualification:
* Hold Minimum S1 degree of any major or Marine / Transportation background is preferable
Detail oriented and result focused
* Self Motivated, high initiative and adaptability
* English Literacy both oral and written
* Computer Literate: MS. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
* Strong communication, personal and interpersonal
* High Integrity
