Human Resource Development Supervisor
Mojokerto (Jawa Timur) - Pacet
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all recruitment process, developing objectives, strategies, plans and programs in the areas of manpower planning and recruitment.
- To assist in develop, implement and monitor HR policies and procedure.
- To assist in conduct day to day HR services & operation.
- To support all HR function issues
Requirements:
- Female, 24-30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Psychology.
- Having min. 2 years experience
- Good knowledge of various searching / channeling methods that are available, combined with strong interview skill.
- Pleasant personality, customer and team oriented, good communication and negotiation skills.
- DISC and other assessment certifications would be a plus.
- Have good understanding of Human Capital Management.
- Good administration and organization/planning capabilities, like to work with details.
Computer literate.
- Well understanding about man power regulation, recruitment and training, compensation benefit, payroll, industrial relation
General Requirements :
- Having min Bachelor Degreewith GPA min 3.00
- Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken
- Hard worker, Independent, and with strong leadership ability
- Able to work with tight schedule and under pressure
- Willing to be placed in Pacet - Mojokerto, East Java
General Affairs Supervisor
Mojokerto (Jawa Timur) - Pacet
Responsibilities:
- Responsible on building maintenance (including handling all staffs in GA Departement such as, Pool Driver, Office boy, Canteen, Cleaning Services, Security and Receptionist)
- Responsible in handling stationary stock (such as name card, ID Card, distribution stuffs, uniform,etc )
- Responsible in transportation pooling
- Responsible in maintain company assets, ensure and control all office facilities run well
- Responsible General Affairs matters such as office management, general services management, etc
- Responsible for security, external relation, permits, government and legal affair
- Review and control all GA Matters
Requirements:
- Male, max 30 Years old
- Bachelor degree majoring in Law, Management and any related background
- Minimum 3 years experience as General Affair Supervisor in manufacturing company
- Good communication & leadership skill
- Dynamic, result oriented, mature and committed finish the task within time frame given
- Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, adaptable
