Branch Operation Supervisor
Medan (Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:
As the title suggests, you will supervise the operations and back office area for a smooth operations at Branch. This will comprise authorizing any transaction (checker level), assisting BOSM, including decision making under acknowledgement of BOSM and BM.
Reporting to the Branch Operation and Service Manager, you will be responsible to co-ordinate with all parts around the bank to provide excellent customer service level and customer satisfaction in branch. You will be in charge of the daily operation, including reporting, filing and document handover, to ensure all bank activities are done properly.
Acting as a back up BOSM, BOS, you will maintain the branch standard compliance service level and manage daily bank transactions with focus on Liabilities and Treasury product, to ensure that bank transactions are processed in compliance with policy & procedure. Adhering to policies and procedures is also crucial
Requirements:
To apply, you should have solid background in banking operation side and good understanding of the process flow in banking transaction. You should be able to analyse risks and provide appropriate actions to avoid any risks, losses and being compliance with the current law and bank policy. Proficiency in computer programs solid background in BI requirement in reporting at branch level will be required
