Customer Service
WM & Branch Banking Group (Karawaci)
Tangerang (Banten) - Karawaci
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Banking or any discipline
- Experience one (1) year and above as Customer Service in Branch Banking
- Having good knowledge of Bank’s Products, Policy and Procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Excellent English comprehension in listening, writing and speaking
- Excellent Mandarin speaking (able to write and listen would be an advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Call Center
ATM Operation Group
Jakarta Raya
Requirements:
- Possess experience as Call Center and Telemarketing minimum 1 year experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- High integrity
- Familiar with software application, such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Minimum Diploma Degree from any major or Chinese Literate is an advantage
- Ready to work in shifting working hour
- Contract Basis
