- Consistently provide superior service quality to customers by ensuring smooth operations teller transaction at the branch by processing customer transaction in teller area in an effective, innovative, and cost efficient manner with full adherence to all applicable policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Degree
- Having experience at least 1 (one) year as Teller in banking industry
- Have good product knowledge and understanding on daily banking operation/service practices
- Demonstrate high service orientation
- Excellent communication and administration
- Well groomed and attractive personality
- Proficient in written and spoken English and PC literate
Personal Lender (PL)

Responsibilities:
- To assist Branch Manager in managing and leading the branches team members in achieving the branches business target especially for consumer lending products, by building strong, sustainable and profitable relationship with customers at proper risk management, in accordance with the company’s mission and vision
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Minimum 1 years experience in selling KPR
- Good communication and presentation skill
- PC literate, high integrity, risk focus, and attention to detail
- Proficient in written and spoken English

Personal Banker Assistant

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
- Fresh Graduate or having maximum 1 (one) year experience as direct sales / marketing funding of banking product.
- Strong business driven and target oriented
- Possess potential selling skills and networking skills
- Willing to learn about selling skill and banking product knowledge
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Bahasa for oral and written
- Proficient in English for oral and basic for written
Personal Banker Assistant Code : PB

Responsibilities:
- The jobholder will identify sales opportunities, acquire potential business from the customers, maintain and deepen customer relationship by providing excel in customer service to achieve the company’s objectivities of growth and profitability
Requirements:
