Receptionist
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming/outgoing telephone and company guest
- Handle administration activities, such as : handle office stationary, meeting room arrangement, travel arrangement for office staff
- Receive and distribute all incoming mail
- Other administrative task related to the job
Requirements:
- Female, max. 27 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Have a good appearance
- Computer literate : Ms. Office
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
