We are currently looking professional people to fill the vacant positions as :
Receptionist
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
- Answer all incoming calls and handle caller�s inquiries whenever possible
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
- Pick up and deliver the mail.
- Open and date stamp all general correspondence.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
- Respond to public inquiries.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree, any field.
- Female, Max. 30 years old
- To be placed in Thamrin, Jakarta
- Required language(s): English active oral and written.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
