Customer Service - Receptionist
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
- Act as guest relation officer to receive customers & fist point of contact with the Company.
Requirements:
- Female, Single Max. 25 years old.
- Fresh graduates or with experience are welcome to apply.
- Ability in Complain Handling and excellent customer service skills.
- Possess a positive, passionate and problem solving mindset.
- Proportional, good appearance, and neat.
- Up to date information on technology and gadgets.
- Work with both windows, internet, and basic reporting system.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English and Mandarin is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal & verbal communication skills will have an advantage.
- Attractive personality and willingness to work hard.
- High loyalty to company.
- Able to start work immediately
