In line with our continued growth and expansion, one of our Business Unit that have Copra Crushing Plant Facility, invites suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions:
Procurement Officer
Jawa Timur - Pandaan
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring outstanding request and request for quotation
- Technical spec & working scope clarification
- Find & decide the best compromised between price, quality, delivery and total cost of ownership
- Release PO and monitoring delivery spare part ( import and local ) from vendor
- Sourcing for alternative & better supply-abillity, either by alternative suppliers or spare parts function itself
- Vendor visit, monthly report and site coordination (plant visit)
Requirements:
- Having Good Communication Skill
- Bachelor degree majoring Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.
- Have minimum experience of 1 years as active buyer for manufacturing (industrial), fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Computer literate ( Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and Ms. Power point )
- Have a basic understanding of technical drawing, electrical spare part and process equipment
- Understanding about international trading & import process would be an advantage
- Have a good network and methods of supplier searching, both local and overseas
- Honest, good communication with all levels people and having good negotiation skill
- Good communication in English both written and oral will be an advantage
